By default an an asset and tag have a grey icon as product picture if the serial number is not found or cannot be connected to CER. Even when a product picture is uploaded the grey icon will stay. Product picture will be shown only if you open the asset or tag? How can you modify the grey icon and show a product picture instead?
Answer:
If an asset is assigned to an official product that has an official product image, it will appear in the list. If this is not the case, then the gray icon is displayed.
