Preconditions
If your Assets are capable to perform a Heartbeat Verification + Monitoring but the device was not ordered with the functionality option, you can request the option to be activated in Netilion Health under the section Heartbeat Technology and Activation Request.
Request Heartbeat Verification + Monitoring functionality
Select the needed Devices you want to activate for Heartbeat Verification + Monitoring in this list and click Request. This information will be sent to your sales representative with the List of assets you want to activate and your customer information.
You will also be informed about the request via e-mail.
