The Liquiline with its sensors was successfully onboarded and paid but the Smart Systems App doesn’t show any values. Here some possible reasons :
- The values have not yet been transferred.
Wait at least the time of your booked interval (e.g. 1 hour) until the first values might arrive. If there is still no value after the selected interval time, contact our support team via "Support" in the http://netilion.endress.com/app/smartsystems web application.
- The sensors is connected to the wrong input at the Liquiline.
If that is the case a warning message, about the change of parameter, is shown at the Liquiline.
Please refer to the Chapter 7.1.3 in the Operating Instructions (BA01929S) and perform the listed steps to configure the Modbus mapping new.
