Preconditions

• Commission the Liquiline device according to BA (Operating instructions).
• The tags for the sensors are configured in the Liquiline webserver.

Liquiline Webserver

Tags for sensors can be configured under "Menu/Setup/Inputs/[Channel]/Extended setup/Tag control"

Note: Tags should be unique within one Liquiline device and across multiple Liquiline devices.

How to configure

Liquiline Webserver

1. Open the Liquiline webserver and navigate to "Menu/Setup/Inputs/Channel assignment view"

Here you see the assignment of channels, the process value and the modbus register. Ensure required values are mapped in the Liquiline device.

1. Create a new “Liquiline Platform” Field Gateway or update an existing one. When creating a new "Liquiline Platform" Field Gateway enter the IP address

2. Select the measuring Channel, to map the value of the sensor to the Netilion sensor asset

3. Configure the Process value name, to be shown in "Netilion Value”

4. Select the Modbus variable, where this value is mapped

5. Repeat steps 2-4 until all needed values are mapped

6. Press Save to complete and to see the overview of the Process Value Mapping

After the configuration has been adopted and a connection to the device has been established, the field gateway receives the status online. This may take up to 20 minutes.

Mapped Values in Netilion

The “Process value name” will be displayed on the corresponding tile e.g. in "Netilion Value".

Note: Each sensor has it's own tile.
